OMGosh! Here is another awesome recipe you will have to try! It has 250 calories for the whole meal that you see here. It has some kick to it too! Very very good!!
This is not mashed potatos. It is mashed cauliflower and it's so yummy! The gravy was simply 1/2 c. of cream of mushroom soup and 1 tbsp soy sauce, mix and microwave for about 2 minutes, stir until not so lumpy.
I served it with green beans and a couple of slices of mango.
PARMESAN CHICKEN BAKE CRUNCH
Ingredients: Recipe is for 5 boneless chicken breasts (sliced in three parts lengthwise)
2 c. corn flakes (crushed)
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch mix (powder)
1) Mix all of the ingredients together and coat chicken
2) Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes
