This is not mashed potatos. It is mashed cauliflower and it's so yummy! The gravy was simply 1/2 c. of cream of mushroom soup and 1 tbsp soy sauce, mix and microwave for about 2 minutes, stir until not so lumpy.
I served it with green beans and a couple of slices of mango.
PARMESAN CHICKEN BAKE CRUNCH
Ingredients: Recipe is for 5 boneless chicken breasts (sliced in three parts lengthwise)
2 c. corn flakes (crushed)
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch mix (powder)
Pepper
1) Mix all of the ingredients together and coat chicken
2) Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes
